Conde of Conduct


The list below shows the acts considered inappropriate to the pilots of TransBrasil Virtual, typifying them according to gravity. The logic is very simple: operational infractions and "moral" infractions.

Operational infractions, in general, have more lenient penalties, as we believe that being in virtual aviation is an evolutionary process: there is always something to learn and improve. And penalties, in these cases, apply only to repeat offenders, that is, when the pilot shows that he is not even willing to evolve technically. Therefore, we are quite tolerant of the commission of operational infractions.


Penalty typing


  1. The infractions considered of a LIGHT nature will be punished with the penalty of warning.
    • The first recidivism in infractions of this nature will import in the application of suspension for the term of 1 to 15 da.
    • The second recidivism in infractions of this nature will import in the application of suspension for the term of 3 to 45 days.
    • The third recidivism in disciplinary infractions of this nature will matter in the application of the penalty of dismissal.
  2. The infractions considered of MODERATE nature will be punished with the penalty of suspension for the term of 16 to 30 days.
    • The first recidivism in infractions of this nature will import in the application of suspension for the term of 48 to 90 days.
    • The second recidivism in infractions of this nature will matter in the application of the penalty of dismissal.
  3. Offenses considered of a SEVERE nature will be punished with suspension penalty from 31 to 45 days.
    • The first recidivism in infractions of this nature will import in the application of suspension for the term of 93 to 135 days.
    • The second recidivism in infractions of this nature will matter in the application of the penalty of dismissal.
  4. The disciplinary infractions considered of VERY SEVERE nature will be punished with the sentence of summary disconnection.
  5. A pilot who commits a similar disciplinary infraction within a term of less than 182 days shall be considered a recidivist.

Operational Penalties


  1. Claim ignorance of notices, amendments or normative / operational instructions. Infraction: LIGHT.
  2. Carry out flights without using the approved program of registration of virtual aerial activities. Infraction: LIGHT.
  3. Make flights without approved payware addons. Infraction: LIGHT.

  5. Maintain average monthly earnings lower than the one compatible with your position. Infraction: LIGHT.
  6. Failure to comply with IFR or VFR flight rules, as well as the company's normative / operational instructions. Infraction: LIGHT. Summary Punishment: REJECTED FLIGHT.
  7. Fail to meet monthly obligations, when available. Infraction: MODERATE.
  8. Failure to comply with the rules of homologated online flight networks, regardless of the provisions and other rules of the company that may be edited and published. Infraction: MODERATE.
  9. Get away from the "cockpit" for a period of more than 20 minutes, without prior ATC communication online. Infraction: SEVERE.
  10. Fraud the flight hours records during the use of an approved program. Infraction: SEVERE. Summary Punishment: REJECTED FLIGHT.
  11. It affects the infraction described above:

Moral penalties


  1. Disturb any communication between pilots and controllers by flying online in any approved online flight network. Infraction: MODERATE.
  2. Behave disrespectfully towards company colleagues and other people on approved online flight networks. Infraction: SEVERE.
  3. Start, get involved, take part or sustain discussion / fight in online flight network, either by text or voice channel, open or private, with pilots or controllers. Infraction: SEVERE. SUMMARY PENALTY: REINCIENCE SHALL BE COMPUTERED, EXCEPTIONALLY, UNTIL THE PERIOD OF 365 DAYS.
  4. Publication of any kind with obscene or pedophile content, prejudicial, derogatory, offensive or apologetic of piracy, drugs, crimes of any sort, in the discussion forums or in any pages of any sites / forums / pages / social networks / applications under the domain of TransBrasil Virtual. Infraction: VERY SEVERE.
  5. Flying in a homologated flight network with a call sign from another virtual airline and recording flight times by TransBrasil Virtual, using an approved program to register activities. Infraction: VERY SEVERE.
  6. Provide to third parties not registered in TransBrasil Virtual the personal password of access to the site. Infraction: VERY SEVERE.


About flight operations


  1. The TransBrasil Virtual accepts pilots flying in Flight simulators Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004, Flight Simulator X (Microsoft and Steam Edition), Prepar3D (all versions) and X-Plane (all versions).
    • The destinations are defined at the discretion of the company's management, based on a planning that takes into account the number of aircraft available on the squad.
    • The career plan (please read this page!) Is composed of few positions, but of long duration, aiming to keep the pilot more time in the company.
    • Flights must always be made online at IVAO or VATSIM, using preferably the same time and weather as in force.
    • Flights can be registered using two methods:
      • Simple — A TransBrasil Virtual has an automatic recognition system for pilots that connect online to IVAO or VATSIM with the company's callsign. This does not require the use of any extra program to register the flight. Connected online with a callsign of TransBrasil Virtual? Your hours will be recorded!       • Complete — It consists of using a software called smartCARS. It is able to record a PIREP with several operational parameters, ranging from the activation of the brakes, to exceeding the operational limits of the aircraft. In addition, it provides full diagnoses of the registered flight, which are sent to the TransBrasil Virtual website. The system is 100% free for registered pilots.
    • The flights are chosen at the discretion of the pilots, through a reservation system. TransBrasil Virtual does not impose operational obligations in this regard. The pilot flies wherever he wants, whenever he wants. TransBrasil Virtual's flight selection system, however, imposes restrictions on occupants of the Co-Pilot position. Only airports that are compatible with the cargo are shown on the reservation system. For example, a Co-pilot can not operate on Santos Dumont (SBRJ). Only from the commander's graduation is this possible. So while you're in Copilot, the pilot will never be able to book a flight to / from SBRJ.
